de Poel's team of experienced Senior Account Managers are dedicated to ensuring that our clients enjoy the maximum benefits from the de Poel process.

Each client is supported by a dedicated Senior Account Manager who provides ongoing support. Senior Account Managers provide a single point of contact for clients and their suppliers to ensure that issues are resolved as efficiently as possible and that standards of service are maintained.

In addition to holding regular client review meetings, Senior Account Managers analyse an array of spend and save reports to ensure we continually review their temporary agency spend and identify future saving opportunities.

Gemma Ross, Senior Account Manager

Gemma joined de Poel as a Senior Account Manager in 2008, with a degree in Organisational Management and over 4 years previous experience in Relationship Management. Her track record of successful account management in large volumes and at various levels of operation, teamed with her ability to consistently strive for excellence across her client portfolio, has allowed Gemma to successfully manage over 15 de Poel clients valued at over £45m.

Continually meeting with nominated client representatives to design, report and present management information and monitor project progress, Gemma is renowned for her capacity to exceed service targets and conduct profitable business strategies across the waste, logistics and care sectors. Gemma is now an invaluable member of the de Poel account management team.

Daniel Cowling, Senior Account Manager

Daniel joined de Poel as an Account Manager in the summer of 2008. He has over 10 years' successful experience in client-facing roles, both here in the UK and abroad, including exposure to traditional and online recruitment.

This background, coupled with an organised and conscientious nature has led to Daniel heading up a large part of the de Poel portfolio, with a particular focus on the Care sector.

Keith Poole, Senior Account Manager

After a successful 16 year career in recruitment, holding positions from Branch Manager and Corporate Accounts Manager to Associate Director across markets such as warehousing, manufacturing, care, engineering and RPO services, Keith joined de Poel in 2011. He has extensive experience in assisting businesses in project management, market research, sales and launching new products into competitive markets.

Keith works with de Poel clients specifically in the logistics and manufacturing sectors, utilising his experience to bring about cost savings and efficiency.

Sarah Hargreaves, Senior Account Manager

Sarah joined de Poel in 2011 bringing with her 20 years of relationship management experience. She has worked with blue chip organisations across various industry sectors with consistent success in managing and developing client accounts. Her client focused approach ensures that all opportunities for adding value are exploited and maximised upon. 

Sarah works with de Poel clients in the care and construction industries.

Austin Breakell, Senior Account Manager

Austin recently joined de Poel after almost 12 years with a leading multinational recruitment organisation.  He has a successful track record in client management roles and undertook a number of group wide relationships including the groups most significant client.

In his role at de Poel, Austin is responsible for the management and development of the British Gas / Centrica relationship.

Phil Barker, Senior Account Manager

With a successful career in the recruitment industry for over 12 years, Phil joined de Poel as a Senior Account Manager in October 2011.  Phil’s experience has enabled him to work as a senior and national account manager at leading recruitment organisations, working with many multi sector clients.

Phil’s focused approach and successful track record of exceeding expectations will be directed specifically to our logistics clients.  His knowledge and foresight into this industry will play a pivotal role in achieving further saving initiatives.
