After celebrating our 10th birthday last year, the number one procurer of temporary agency labour continues the proud tradition of saving its clients time and money through simple solutions.
The vision shown by co-founders, Matthew Sanders & Michael Campbell, is still as clear today as it was 10 years ago. They understood the difficulty of managing temporary agency labour spend, in a time when the recruitment industry remained largely unregulated. As the industry has evolved, so has de Poel. As with all great ideas, theirs was simple; allow organisations to reduce recruitment costs for temporary agency workers, whilst adding value and transparency to a complicated, unruly and costly recruitment process. The de Poel solution originally incorporated five main steps:

This was done effectively through the development of e-tips®, de Poel’s unique electronic timesheet and invoice processing system, which not only helped regulate and standardise direct recruitment costs to clients, but underpinned the service solution by streamlining administration and providing real-time Management Information.
