TempSure™
TempSure™ is membership club for temporary agency workers, launched in 2008 by de Poel, to offer temporary agency workers benefits such as insurance cover and lifestyle discounts, which permanent workers quite often received through their employment. The membership club reached 3,000 members at the end of 2009.
2010 proved a landmark year for TempSure™, which has now reached over 6,000 members, with plans to enhance the lifestyle discounts and broaden the benefits packages to include other benefits such as pensions and financial services. 2011 saw a revamped look to TempSure™ with new and more targeted offers to its users.
placeability™
As the number one procurer of temporary agency labour in the UK, de Poel wished to help address the challenges faced by disabled people and people with complex barriers to work. A strategic partnership with Remploy and the Employers' Forum of Disability resulted in the development of placeability™.
A dedicated team has been recently established to liaise with our current client base to identify suitable opportunities.
Social responsibility is fundamental to the way placeability™ operates. At the heart of our approach is a determination to provide options for disabled people to become more independent by empowering them within a working environment.
