Agency suppliers have a long history of operating under their own terms of business. The problem for businesses today is that there is far more red tape around their employment practices, and by using a mixture of unaudited and/or corner-cutting suppliers under informal partnership agreements, they risk leaving themselves exposed to poor quality supplies of workers and legal disputes.
