New AWR compliant Traffic Light System launched

de Poel have added a new AWR Traffic Light System to its existing electronic timesheet and processing system, e-tips®. This is to ensure clients and agencies are protected from any potential issues 3 months ahead of the Agency Workers Regulations which are coming into force in October.

Our system allows ease of recruitment agency management through the provision of increased visibility to ensure AWR compliance. This is achieved through warning the users when temporary agency workers reach the qualifying whilst also detailing the number of weeks the candidate has been in the current assignment for.
