New report indicates business revival

A report released by the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) has noted a sharp increase in sales volumes in May, contrary to the same period last year. This increase is predicted to rise further with the sames balance in June to reach +25, the highest balance since February 2011. The growth of sales in the past year has been higher than expected, however, are still recorded as being lower than what many retailers would expect at this time of year. HR consultants research indicates lack of concern for employees

Results from research conducted by HR experts Gary Rees and Sally Rumbles has suggested that during this time of constant change, many businesses do not take into account the welfare of their employees. As companies strive to remain viable, the research has found that continious changes to an organisation could lead to poorer performance from employees and overall decreased productivity of the business.
