Another leading healthcare organisation begins project with de Poel

ANOTHER leading healthcare organisation has teamed up with the number one procurer of temporary agency labour, de Poel in a bid to streamline their temporary agency labour.

Four Seasons Health Care, one of the largest independent providers of care services within the UK, has chosen de Poel to help reduce their recruitment costs and streamline their administration after de Poel conducted a detailed analysis of their temporary agency spend and recruitment process.

Through the analysis, which covered a three-month period, de Poel identified opportunities for increased efficiency and potential savings for the company, who employ over 21,000 staff across their 400 nursing and care homes to care for more than 15,000 people. Since the relationship began in September 2010, de Poel have saved Four Seasons £50,000 off their agency spend.

Recognised for their experience, expertise and financial strength in the UK healthcare industry, Four Seasons are keen to maintain a high level of service by working with an equally-professional expert in the agency and employment market.

With a broad range of care offerings, including care services for the elderly, frail or mentally infirm, respite care services, rehabilitation, intermediate care, terminal and palliative care, Four Seasons have a proud history.

With a soaring client base in the care industry, de Poel is experienced in meeting the specific recruitment needs of such a care organisation and confident in their ability to save money and increase efficiency for the new client.

Matthew Sanders, Chief Executive of de Poel, said: "We are delighted to be working with another leading provider of social care services. We are now making a real difference in the care sector, and are overjoyed with the positive responses we have had."

He added: "Our target for this year is continue to provide our clients with as much support as possible regarding employment giving them more time, energy and resource to focus on the important, frontline, care work."

The relationship between de Poel and Four Seasons Health Care is looking to develop and expand throughout 2011 as de Poel are now looking into Huntercombe Group, part of Four Seasons. The analysis was set up on a recommendation from Care UK, another leading healthcare provider. Huntercombe Group consists of hospitals and centres throughout the UK, highly regarded for quality of care and innovation. The centres provide acute and longer-term treatment in the areas of mental health, brain injuries, neurodisability and addiction.
