What is a vendor neutral consultant?

Vendor neutral service providers are independent consultants, who are not linked to any recruitment agency. Their primary function is to put together an agreed panel or panels (depending on skills sets used) in order to meet an organisation’s specific business requirements and to continually monitor and review the supplier base. By doing this they are able to effectively streamline and control supply chains on behalf of their clients.

What costs are involved?

de Poel’s solutions require no capital expenditure. Our fees are based on a percentage of the direct savings achieved through agency transactions.

We pride ourselves on continually adding value to our customers’ businesses and constantly improving the quality of supplier service provided. Selecting the right agencies to supply your business is a fundamental part of our service.

How does de Poel manage their client relationships on a day-to-day basis?

In order to ensure that clients and agency panels always have a single point of contact, de Poel appoints dedicated Relationship Managers to manage each separate account effectively.

In addition to providing regular management information and progress reports, our Relationship Managers work alongside clients to help them maximise relationships with their select agency panel. This ensures that any issues such as out of panel spend or underperforming agencies can be quickly identified and addressed.

Can clients still communicate directly with our agencies?

Yes clients continue to communicate with and book staff directly through their agency contacts.
