Adhering to legal temp requirements

An essential component of managing temporary agency recruitment spend boils down to keeping on top of incoming legislation when outsourcing recruitment. de Poel helps set up the implementation of the formal terms and manage the relationships between businesses and their suppliers.  Adhering to legal requirements can only be achieved through the development of a two-way communication process which clarifies employer and agency responsibilities.

Effective recruitment agency management

As businesses strive to become leaner and fitter, more and more emphasis is being placed on recruitment agency management. Site specific operations, skill-set requirements, market and geographical dynamics are just some of the many elements to consider during the management of recruitment agencies. de Poel empowers organisations with where, how and why workers are being allocated, resulting in maximised existing resource and operational effectiveness as well efficient future budgeting.

AWR survey statistics

Statistics from de Poel's AWR research have been used to highlight the fact that 40% of organisations have still not done anything to prepare for the Agency Workers Regulations.  This revelation is especially concerning as the implementation of the legislation is less than four months away. Our statistics were used in the Newcastle Journal please refer to the attachment for more information.

e-tips® automatic drivers checks

e-tips® now has the ability to automatically check drivers licences via the DVLA, after the successful integration of DataCheck technology into our existing electronic timesheet and invoice processing system. This is unquestionably useful for driving agencies as it is a legislative mandatory requirement to routinely check and verify all candidates licences.  Businesses can therefore benefit from reduced administration, costs and errors.
