Statistics from de Poel's AWR research have been used to highlight the fact that 40% of organisations have still not done anything to prepare for the Agency Workers Regulations.  This revelation is especially concerning as the implementation of the legislation is less than four months away. This is unquestionably useful for driving agencies as it is a legislative mandatory requirement to routinely check and verify all candidates licences.  Businesses can therefore benefit from reduced administration, costs and errors.
